As the leader of Soul Builders, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my experience as an air traffic controller in the air force. Those years taught me how to plan complex operations, adapt quickly, and make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
Since entering the construction industry in 2016, I’ve been driven by a passion for creating and helping people bring their visions to life. I combine strategic thinking with emotional intelligence to understand both the practical and personal sides of every project.
For me, success is not just about building spaces — it’s about building trust, connection, and an experience that feels smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Elad’s journey into construction began during his military service, where he built detailed training models for the intelligence division. It was also where he met Einav, marking the start of both a personal and professional partnership.
After his service, he moved into the civilian construction field, starting as a carpenter and later expanding his skills into welding. His hands-on experience laid a strong technical foundation early in his career.
With time, his work ethic and expertise led him into leadership roles — from property management to project management, where he spent over a decade leading projects and teams.
Elad’s path reflects steady growth, practical skill, and a deep commitment to building both quality work and strong relationships.
