As the leader of Soul Builders, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my previous career as an air traffic controller in the air force. During my four years of service, I honed my expertise in planning complex operations, considering the needs and desires of everyone involved to make informed decisions for successful outcomes. Adapting to changing circumstances while in motion became second nature to me.
Since joining the construction industry in 2016, my passion for creating and helping people bring their visions to life has been the driving force behind my work. As the person leading the team at Soul Builders, I implement strategic planning techniques and emotional intelligence to truly understand the heart of communication and the nature of our clients. I believe that successful projects are not only about the physical construction, but also about building genuine connections and deeply understanding the dreams and aspirations of our clients. Elad’s journey into the construction industry is rooted in his military service, where he honed his skills as a model builder, crafting detailed training models for the intelligence division. It was here that he first crossed paths with Einav, marking the start of both a personal and professional connection. After completing his service, Elad transitioned seamlessly into the civilian workforce, joining a local construction company. Starting as a carpenter, he mastered the trade over a year and a half before shifting to welding for the same duration. His strong work ethic and technical expertise soon earned him a promotion to property manager, a role he excelled in for several years. Eventually, his leadership qualities and industry knowledge propelled him to the role of project manager, where he thrived for an impressive 10 years. Elad’s career is a testament to continuous growth, hands-on experience, and a passion for building—both projects and relationships.
