Garage Conversion to ADU

This garage-to-ADU conversion was completed by our Los Angeles sister company, transforming an underused structure into a bright, fully independent living space. The new layout brings together an open living area, a stylish kitchen, a private bedroom, and a full bathroom, all designed to make the home feel larger, lighter, and more comfortable than a typical compact unit.

A clean white palette, warm wood-look flooring, brass finishes, skylights, recessed lighting, and modern cabinetry give the interior a fresh and elevated feel.
